In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an Advanced level, full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout adding a sturdy chair for some of the movements.

HIIT exercises are a great way to both get your heart rate up and to help build strength and stability. By combining short “bursts” of energy in between periods of rest, HIIT workouts cover a full range of what your body needs. NOTE: This video is an Advanced Level routine so be sure to preview the workout in full before attempting to complete it.

Be sure to only do moves that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or pressure. Make sure to keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
