This month’s Livestream class is a Posture, Balance, and Stretch workout.
We’ll start seated with some posture exercises, core work, and stretching and then transition to standing to do more balance, posture and core work.
We will then sit again to end with some relaxing stretches. To join us, you’ll need a sturdy chair and your water.
Remember all movements can be modified to stay seated if you prefer seated exercises.
