In this exercise video, I am guiding you through an all seated HIIT style (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using a light weight kettlebell for added resistance.

Seated exercises are perfect for anyone with limited mobility and/or range of motion. These exercises are easier on the knees and back so you can focus more on the workout instead of any discomfort while exercising. This workout is a HIIT style routine which utilizes short “bursts” of work in between small periods of rest which helps build up your cardiovascular system.

You can incorporate a light weight kettlebell, dumbbell, water bottle or just follow along with your range of motion. Adding a small weight increases the intensity and helps with muscle and strength building.

This is an intermediate level exercise so be sure to preview it in full if you are not sure of your fitness level. Only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
