This month’s live stream class is a Cardio Walk Workout with Seated Core & Abs, & Stretch.
We will start with our standing cardio walk and then transition to seated for a great ab and core workout.
We’ll then end it all with a relaxing full body seated stretch!
To participate, you will need your sturdy comfortable chair and your water and remember all can be modified to seated.
