Regular balance exercises are great to help build up stability in the muscles you use everyday for things like carrying groceries, walking up stairs or even picking up grand babies! Good stability is the foundation of a healthy and active lifestyle. This is a both seated and standing routine and appropriate for most all fitness levels. This quick routine is also great to incorporate regularly into your weekly exercise schedule when you’re short on time.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
