Our “Short On Time” series exercises are designed to give you an effective workout in a shorter period of time and for this low impact cardio workout, you don’t need any equipment to participate, just some open floor space for you to move in.

Low impact cardio exercises are great for all fitness levels because of their lower intensity yet they are still very effective in working your cardiovascular system and contributing to your overall heart health.

This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview this exercise before you begin. Only do movements that you are comfortable with and take breaks when you need to.
